Short version: this site measures visits without cookies, we only hold your details if you give them to us, and you can have them deleted by sending one email.

What we collect
If you only read the site: aggregate measurement of pages viewed and buttons clicked, with your IP address truncated. This runs without cookies and does not identify you.
If you allow session replay: an anonymised recording of how you moved through the page, used to find things that are confusing. This is off unless you accept it, and you can decline without losing anything.
If you give us your details: the name, email, company and message you enter when you book a call or ask for the scorecard. We hold these to reply to you and to run our own sales records.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
- We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
- We do not put your name, email or company into our analytics events.
Our legal basis
For replying to an enquiry and keeping sales records, our legal basis is legitimate interest: you contacted us and would reasonably expect a reply. For optional session replay, the basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing this site’s stored settings in your browser. For anything you actively subscribe to, the basis is consent and every message carries an unsubscribe link.

Some of these providers are based outside the United Kingdom. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the UK international data transfer addendum or an equivalent safeguard in the provider’s terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and client records: for as long as we are working together, and then for six years to meet our accounting obligations. Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Analytics: aggregate only, retained for fourteen months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Email [email protected] and you will get a response within thirty days, usually much sooner. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies unless you accept session replay. Your accept or decline choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so that we do not ask you twice. That preference never leaves your device.
